The aim of the project was to enrich and improve the quality of the catering offer by cooperating and networking with local product providers in the area, thus contributing to the attractiveness of the cooperation area. The project has developed commercially interesting products combining natural and cultural heritage, ethnology, art and rural production. The development of tourism products has enriched the tourism offer, presenting the region in a more interesting light and, above all, offering guests the opportunity to experience the region.

Results achieved:

• New catering facilities developed.
• Quality standards for local product providers.
• Recipes of old dishes collected, selection made, detailed recipes with photographs made for caterers.
• Corners for local products in restaurants.
