Project title: LOCAL FLAVOURS IN EU II

The purpose of the project is to reach better visibility and recognisability of protected signs connected to the quality schemes and increase the awareness of the consumers about the advantages of agricultural products from these quality schemes. That will contribute to a bigger share of sold protected products made by certified producers, influence growth of competitiveness and added value in agriculture and in food processing industry in general.

 

Objectives

 
  • To increase the recognisability of protected signs TSG and PGI and to increase the awareness of the consumers about the advantages of prekmurska gibanica and prekmurska šunka as the carriers of the quality schemes.
  • To increase the range of production and the sales of prekmurska gibanica and prekmurska šunka made by certified producers.
 

Project duration:

 

The project runs from 1.4.2021 to 31.3.2024.
