Project description:

The aim was to expand the range of high quality local food products on the shelves and increase the number of providers, while raising consumer awareness of the importance of locally produced food and the opportunities for new jobs.

We developed new products and services and promoted the development of tourism-related activities, information, joint promotion and marketing. Through training and individual advice in the field, we have contributed to increasing knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship and to increasing knowledge and awareness of organic production and processing among target groups.

A newly developed business model for sustainable cooperation provides ongoing support to target groups in the development of new products and services, as well as business advice. The involvement of new producers and suppliers in promotional events and joint marketing is ensured. With the help of associations, we have engaged the local population, ensured sales and promotion in urban centres and made existing events more attractive to visitors in a sustainable way.
