Project description:

The project was implemented to raise the profile of the protected products and to raise the profile of Prekmurje gibanica as a holder of the European protection for the "Traditional Speciality Guaranteed" scheme among consumers and other target groups. During the project, events were organised, trade fair presentations and promotional presentations were made in shopping centres, catering and other events. Promotional materials were designed and purchased, and advertising was carried out.

Results achieved:

• At events, fairs and promotional presentations, approx. 400,000 visitors.
• Increased production and sales of »Prekmurska gibanica« by 70% over the lifetime of the project.
